The fatal crash happened on the 7600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard just after midnight on Monday, Sept. 18, authorities said.
The victim was found unresponsive in the northbound middle lane and pronounced dead at the scene, they added. Police did not report his name.
The suspect vehicle is described as a Toyota Prius between model years 2010 and 2015, based on parts recovered from the scene.
The crash remains under investigation, PPD said.
